Train beyond one discipline.
One connected home for endurance and strength training. Plan your work, track your progress and understand your performance, without juggling multiple platforms.
Week 14 64 km running, 3 strength sessions
- Weekly running volume
- Strength sessions, by load lifted
Concept visualisation, illustrative data
Training shouldn’t live in separate applications.
Most training software is built for either endurance or the gym. Athletes who do both end up with a running app, a lifting log and a spreadsheet, and no single view of how it all fits together.
- Fragmented records
- Years of training history split across platforms, export formats and notebooks.
- Disconnected plans
- A running plan can’t see a heavy squat session. A strength programme can’t see a long run.
- An incomplete picture
- Fatigue, progress and load are only visible one discipline at a time.
Endurance and strength in one training system.
Ridgeset is being built as one place to plan, perform, record and analyse all of your training, with every session on the same calendar and in the same history.

These are planned capabilities. Ridgeset is in development and is not yet available.
Planning that sees the whole week.
Ridgeset’s planning is designed around the full training picture. A heavy leg session should change what the next run looks like, and a long run should shape the next session in the gym.
Optional AI assistance. Programme creation and adjustment with AI support, for athletes who want it. Plans can always be written and edited by hand.
One context. Strength and endurance sessions, performance and feedback considered together.
You stay in control. Suggested changes are explained and only applied when you accept them.
The coaching and assistant approach is still being designed. Any AI processing will be disclosed clearly before it is used.
Suggested adjustment
Move Tuesday’s threshold run to Wednesday.
Monday’s squat session was logged at RPE 9 against a planned 7. Swapping Tuesday’s threshold run with Wednesday’s easy run leaves 48 hours between the two hardest sessions.

- Lower body, MondayRPE 9 logged

Activities that arrive on their own.
Planned integrations with wearable and activity platforms will bring completed sessions into Ridgeset automatically. No manual file exports.
